Q: How do I place an order?
A: #1, check that we are NOT away from the cannoli factory. Away dates are posted on the home page of our web-site.
    #2, Choose your selections from our web-shop noting any Gluten Free shells are required. Complete your payment on line.
You may also CALL, E-MAIL or send us a message and we will personally serve you. We will always following up confirming the order.
     
Q: What is the shelf life of the unfilled shells? 
A: Unfilled shells included in the cannoli kits are freshest if filled within 10 days of receipt if kept in a sealed container. 

Q: If I have a nut allergy can you accommodate me?
A: Unfortunately not, nuts are included in many of our gourmet selections and yours may inadvertently be affected. Advise if there is an allergy.
Q: Do you offer a gluten and dairy free option?
A: YES to gluten free shells and NO to dairy free ( YET ). We are working on a plant-based filling. 

Q: Can I amend my order once placed?
A: Yes, please immediately send me an e-mail and I will amend.
Q: Where can I buy your products?
A: At this time you can only order your cannoli through this web store and in person at the occasional Farmer’s Market or pop-up locations in the West Kootenays.

Q: Can I pay you by cash or e-transfer?
A: Yes. Debit card also an option as well as Visa or Mastercard.
Q: What is your refund policy? 
A: For orders under 48, a full refund is offered only if cancelled MORE than 3 days in advance.
For orders over 48, the 50% deposit is non refundable at time of agreement and we offer a refund of the balance if made more than 7 days in advance.
